Forgiving Your Past...........

When we are born, we are born with a clean slate and a purpose. As we grow we develop ideas, beliefs, and characteristics of those around us, which can be shaped by our life experiences. So that baby girl becomes a toddler, child, teen, and then a women. Throughout that process she loses and gains different pieces of herself. Sometimes it is by choices we make, and other times it is by choices that were against or will. Forgiving Trauma and childhood hurts is one of the hardest things to overcome in our journey of stepping into our purpose. Below are some writing prompts to begin your journey.

  • What does forgiveness look like to you? ( There is no wrong answer, forgiveness may look different for each person in your life.)
